- Avoid detergents containing oils (e.g., lavender, coconut oil)
- Do not use dryer sheets
- Do not iron
**Before Use:**
- Wait at least **one hour** after applying lotions, oils, or creams before coming into contact with the sheet
- Avoid applying body oils or moisturizers right before bed
